They simply do not appear in the app. My boyfriend also works with Wag and he will see all of these different requests where there are none on my screen. But most annoyingly, I cannot book ANY walks. One trick I've learned is to download the regular wag app and make an account for your own dog (or make one up) then when your enter your address you can see how many walkers are around the area, you can see different areas and it helps because you could know which walks will go to you but i must advise be ready to travel.
